Customer Self-Service Education
This course combines an easy-to-read narrative (a collaboration with a fellow instructional designer) with visuals that pop and tell a story. We used Articulate Rise 360 to construct the course, and I illustrated with Vyond motion graphics.
The course kicks off with a short story and a question to pull learners in by asking them about their own preferences.
Relatable GIFs illustrate concepts in a colorful, graphic style.
We used humor throughout the course to draw the learner in and create teachable moments.
