Clinic Support Scenario
Think you know what it takes to keep a clinic running smoothly? This game-ified interaction awards badges for each value you uphold as you advise clinic staff in their daily routine. Feedback after each question reveals the impact of your decision in a challenging situation. This interaction is a part of a larger course on how new employees can uphold company values.
Storyline triggers reveal feedback layers based on responses and display accumulated badges on each successive slide.
A results slide displays how many value badges learners earned: “When we understand the results of our actions, we realize even small things have an impact on the value we provide.”
A celebratory GIF lets the learner feel accomplished (even if they simply learned from their mistakes), no matter the result of their decisions.
